Sì, ma non ho capito se vedi l'evoluzione da Ecopass a Area C (e il pagamento della tariffa anche da parte dei veicoli ibridi e GPL) come cosa positiva o negativa. Nel giro di un anno, praticamente tutti pagheranno l'accesso al centro.

mah strano perchè non è che loro occupano meno spazio di una vettura a benzina o diesel...e siccome non è un ticket ambientale...

se non si può transitare senza pagamento nessuno deve transitare senza pagamento (a parte le solite eccezioni istituzionali) se cominciamo ad escludere le auto elettriche non si parla più di congestion charge ma di un ibrido tipicamente italiota

Non direi che sia comunque un ibrido tipicamente italiota visto che anche a londra le auto euro 5, ibride o elettriche non pagano. o meglio hanno uno sconto del 100% (previa registrazione del veicolo e pagamento una tantum di £10)

Esattamente, soprattutto se si pensa che la quantità di auto elettriche in circolazione è prossimo allo 0. E non credo a "impennate" delle vendite nei prossimi anni.

Io comunque sono d'accordo con brianzolo, non concordo solo sul fatto che sia una cosa tipicamente italiota Se deve essere congestion charge allora deve valere per tutti nessun escluso. Altrimenti resta una pollution charge... anche a londra nonostante il nome ci si sta spostando in quella direzione con "sconti del 100%" per Euro 5, ibridi ed elettriche.
